Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
2 cups of stale bread cut into cubes
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups of milk (more or less depending on the bread)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
½ cup of brown sugar
½ cup of raisins
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all of the ingredients in one big bowl.
Pour the mixed ingredients into an 8 inch square baking dish.
Take another larger baking dish and fill it with water until the water is ½ inch deep.
Place the smaller baking dish into the larger baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until knife inserted comes out dry.
