Spaghetti Chow Mein

Ingredients:

  • Leftover cooked spaghetti
  • Vegetables of choice
    • examples: cabbage, snow peas, thinly sliced carrots, onions,
  • Three eggs
  • Soy Sauce
  • Optional: Cooked chicken

Directions:

  • Saute the vegetables in a large pan on the stove.
  • Add the cooked chicken.
  • Scramble the three eggs in with the vegetables and chicken.
  • Toss the noodles in and continue cooking until heated through.
  • Add some soy sauce and serve.
