Spaghetti Chow Mein
Ingredients:
Leftover cooked spaghetti
Vegetables of choice
examples: cabbage, snow peas, thinly sliced carrots, onions,
Three eggs
Soy Sauce
Optional: Cooked chicken
Directions:
Saute the vegetables in a large pan on the stove.
Add the cooked chicken.
Scramble the three eggs in with the vegetables and chicken.
Toss the noodles in and continue cooking until heated through.
Add some soy sauce and serve.
