Spaghetti Frittata
Ingredients:
Leftover cooked spaghetti
Leftover cooked vegetables
Cooked chicken or ham
5 eggs
Salt and pepper
Shredded cheese
Butter or margarine
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a pie pan with a little bit of butter or margarine.
Place the spaghetti in the pie pan. You can leave the noodles long or cut them in half.
Add the cooked vegetables and either chicken or ham.
Scramble the five eggs in a bowl.
Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into the pie pan and cover the noodles, vegetables, and meat.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Add the shredded cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the eggs are done and the cheese is melted.
