ACAP's Career Services Program offers training and education to help participants gain entry-level employment for a career within growing industries in the Capital Region. If your household earned less than $50,000, you can have your Federal and State income tax return filed for FREE. Our IRS Certified VITA/TCE Volunteer Preparer will help you complete your income tax return according to the current taxation laws.
